This was the second time I’ve had V.A.M.P. to do stucco work. I wish all contractors were as diligent. Their guys did a fantastic job and even fixed some issues others were supposed to have completed. They were careful to protect the home from incidental messes and when they left, there was no sign of anyone ever there. I would hire them again without hesitation.
As a real estate agent for 20 years and seeing the issues caused by poor stucco installation and repair, I knew I had to find a great company to re-stucco my home. After having four great contractors look at my home, I selected VAMP based on their proven track record and attention to detail in the bid they gave me. I could not have been more pleased with my selection! From start to finish VAMP provided an extraordinary experience. The crew was friendly and polite and the manager was at the house daily to check on progress and answer any questions we had. During the process they found some hidden damage we were not aware of until they opened a wall around a window. They brought this to our attention right away and gave us options for different solutions to fix the damage and correct the issue so it wouldn’t happen in the future. Nick and Justin Chapman worked so hard coordinating with me and my insurance on getting this project going. They touched base with me every day to see if I had questions or any concerns.
The day of my project the team showed up promptly and ready to work. They were focused and worked extremely well together. After they were done, they cleaned up which was very impressive.
The job they did was phenomenal. My house looks brand new and extraordinary. My neighbors were so impressed that they asked the workers for the companies information so they could do their stucco.
I would definitely highly recommend this company to thousands of others that needs stucco work done.

I also want to thank Brenda the receptionist for being so patient and helpful with answering my questions. She was very knowledgeable and anything she didn’t know- she got back with me with the answers.

Sam came prior to the job to match the color of our stucco. It was a perfect match. We cannot see a difference between old and new. John was the Project Manager. He was running multiple jobs but visited in the morning and the afternoon to check progress, deliver materials, confer with the Foreman, and confer with us. We always knew what to expect. Juan was the Foreman of the 3-man crew onsite that performed the work.
Juan and crew arrived on time every day, worked full days in +90-degree heat, and ate lunch onsite so they could get back to work. They were safe, clean, respectful, put down protection on our deck and flowerbeds, and covered exposed wood areas with plastic at the end of the day to avoid rain damage overnight. Their work was extremely high quality with multiple coats of stucco to fill in any voids. If John or Juan were not satisfied, they re-worked the area. The house looks new again with no signs that stucco was completely replaced in multiple areas. There are no repair lines.
Finally, this is our third major stucco repair in 16 years but the first performed by V.A.M.P. I regret not using them before. Unlike their competition, they do not apply band aids. 5 Stars.
They were punctual, professional, respectful and polite. They were very good at communicating with me throughout the life of the project. They kept a clean worksite, the crew assigned to this project were very, very hard workers, and as evident by the completed work I'd say they were highly skilled at their craft. The price quoted was what they charged me when it was all said and done, and they went the extra mile to ensure I approved the color match efforts before they continued with that piece of the work.
I am not really one to write reviews; however, in this case it is my pleasure to do so. In today's world customer service and quality are hard to find... these folks scored 100% in my eyes on both counts!
